I am the vine

Target thought

this parable shows once more that we need Jesus and that manages our lives with him. Children should understand that. A hard-wired connection to Jesus bears fruits. You don't have this connection it is simply "thrown away".

== == Presentation based on a small plant and grapes come with the children in the conversation (see scan) and piece by piece lead to the topic, which has its deepening in small groups.

== == Expiration at the kick-off the responses of the children are already roughly, to determine the direction of the conversation, to reach a goal and to have at the same time the necessary flexibility. Should get the children not on the responses, it is very helpful if more employees sitting among children and these give the secondary responses. To do this, the knowledge of the Anspiels of all employees is very helpful.

The intro builds essentially on a vine and its fruit, who get to see the children and to taste. At the end of reference is made to other Ich-bin statements from the weeks before that (see also my other lessons) and transferred in small groups where specific questions the idea of the target is deepened.

It should be noted that to prevent the grapes to talk about, that are not on the vine and thus have no connection to the vine. These people are lost and the children will surely know people, possibly even their own parents, and can thus make a very disappointing and sad relationship. However, the image of God, that we want to teach kids, is that a loving God!

The Scripture read through friends in addition, underlying this lesson: * John 15, 1-8 * == == props for this lesson be for simple illustration and better find a * vine * and * grapes * needed.

As I did this lesson, I had can find no wine stock. I just grabbed a small plant, which had a slightly longer root and thus at least similar to a vine. I have enlightened the children after that. In between, I showed pictures of a right vine, which I just found on Google image search.
