What about working with solo youth, who aren’t used to functioning in teams or with siblings?
This sports program was created in a part of the world where a one-child policy, has raised social challenges - they are using their experiences to help others. Coaching this program, will help build emotional intelligence and team skills in youth who have limited contact with peers, or no siblings.
