This Unit contains five lessons on the life of Jesus, through the eyes of Peter, one of the disciples and encourage children to consider following Jesus with their whole life. The stories explored include Jesus' baptism, Jesus calling his disciples, Jesus' power to heal, Jesus invites everyone - even a tax collector, Peter's step of faith onto the water, Jesus' entry into Jerusalem, ruining the thieves' businesses in the temple, Jesus' trial, Peter's denial of Jesus, Jesus' death, resurrection and final meeting with his followers. These events are taught in the active learning method of 7Ways BibleMAX lessons and are divided this way:
