This innovative Family fitness program gives you an easy guide for a 40-50 minute family fitness program to run for 3 days of the week. It contains an easy to implement Bible discussion that is layered with the warm ups, stretches, and cool-downs. Week 2 sessions focus on SIT UPS and the chats help us think more about being courageous.
