Wholeness of body and mind This book contains all the Body and Mind training sessions. These sessions discuss the health of our physical bodies and mind.

So often, we struggle through life, feeling that our bodies, mental health, and relationships are just not quite right. We sense we are broken. So, what can wholeness look like in ourselves?

This course will start a journey. We will become aware of our potential to be whole and healthy. We will reflect on ourselves and see where we are broken and need help. We will also be given Biblical tools to continue our journey to wholeness from wherever we are in the journey. We can’t change everything immediately, but we can take positive steps forward. Over time, God can work powerfully to transform us.
